Requirements for obtaining a technology park status

A Technology park status can be given:

  • Property complex: all of its premises
  • a part of a structure​

There are three groups of requirements for an applicant to meet:

Requirements for a property management company

Registrated as a Moscow taxpayer
02.
No arrears in taxes and other payments to be made to the budget​
03.
No dissolution/winding-up or bankruptcy proceedings ​
04.
Have a status of a participant of the Moscow innovation cluster​
05.
Engaged in activities in the field (one or more) of lease and property management, scientific research and development, technical testing and research, analysis and certification, activities in the field of information and communication, manufacturing production (except tobacco production).
Property requirements
Less than or equal to 20% of the area
is occupied by non-core tenants and facilities

  • Consent to recognize certain information constituting tax secrets as publicly available, including consent to disclosure of tax secrets of tenants, potential residents of the Technopark.
