The creation of a service/neural network to search for free territories, taking into account the criteria of customers and the above restrictions, will allow you to determine the appropriate set of territories at any time.

Develop a web service that allows one to analyze text, graphic and vector data and, according to specified criteria, analyze and select territories for involvement in economic turnover. The service should also formulate rrecommendations on making changes to the permitted use, further use and calculation of economic efficiency.
